I had a small issue in that the system would go from disarm to arm on its own but was able to work it out.I had to set the system on real time rather than 24hours mode which solved the problem.For the cost it is well worth it.The only issue is that I cannot get the SMS arm / disarm function to work via my phone,I believe I just got to give it Another try.Overall it is a great system and it serves my purpose,especially where it calls my phone."
